The municipality of tilburg is going through an open house procedure for the implementation of the assignment development processes work and participation. the aim of this open house procedure is to allow interested parties, who register and meet the requirements, to qualify for a (framework) agreement without a purchase guarantee. the municipality of tilburg contracts several contractors for this. if a development process is carried out by a contracted party, a further assignment will be issued on the basis of the agreement. all suitable providers therefore receive an agreement that stipulates that a fixed price will be paid for each type of route. there is no question of a formal tender, but of an admission procedure, leading to an agreement. in this admission procedure, the obligations as referred to in the procurement legislation do not apply. please note: submit your application by message in the message module! not through the registration safe.
