National contract notice: partner register of property exterior painting works
Tampereen tilapalvelut oy established a partner register for exterior painting works of a contractual nature (facades and other building parts and water roofs).
The partner register is valid until 31 may 2030. however, the procurement unit has the right to terminate the register earlier than that date or to extend its validity longer. a procurement notification has been made in the hilma service about the establishment of the partner register.
Tampereen tilapalvelut oy has e.G. valid framework agreements for interior painting and construction work. small hourly exterior painting jobs can also be ordered through these contracts. exterior painting works related to new construction and renovation projects are part of site-specific contracts.
Among those who have joined the partner register, there will be a competition for the exterior painting of the properties per site. requests for offers are sent to everyone in the partner register in that area. if the target has jobs from both sub-areas, the request for quotation is sent to those in the register of both sub-areas.
