Dynamic purchasing system: central purchase of electricity and natural gas - dns
The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in dns will be the physical supply of electricity or natural gas within the combined supply services to the customers offtake points. the scope and conditions, evaluation criteria, deadline, place of performance, business and payment conditions of individual public contracts awarded in dns will always be specified in the invitation to tender pursuant to section 141 of the act. the place of performance of individual public contracts awarded in dns will be the individual offtake points designated by the central contracting authority and the entrusting contracting authorities concerned. the contracting authority is implementing a dynamic purchasing system in the position of the central contracting authority pursuant to the provisions of ยง 9 para. b) of the act for their own needs and on behalf of the contracting authorities. entrusting contracting authorities will be, for example, contributory organizations, or other persons founded or established by the liberec region, event. in the future newly established or founded by the liberec region, organizations controlled by the liberec region, towns and municipalities of the liberec region.The subject of public procurement awarded in dns will be the physical supply of electricity to the contracting authorities of the contracting authorities within the combined supply services.The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in dns will be the physical supply of natural gas within the combined supply services to the customers offtake points.
